Solar Panels on the moon?

The Japanese have had a strong technology industry in their rebuilt post-World War II years and they have often been credited as being a major force behind the rapid increase in take up of home consumer electronics, thanks to companies which have now become household names.

The latest one to seek fame and fortune is the Shimizu Corporation who claim to have inked plans to capture the energy from sunlight on the surface of the moon and to beam it back to earth using microwave and laser waves. Whilst it may sound far-fetched, the science behind the idea is plausible, though the logistics of construction and maintenance are a little hard to see past at the present. Still, it represents another example of the industry continually looking forwards and innovating.

And we are the same at GR3 Solar. Whilst we don't quite have lunar ambitions just yet, we are, day by day, increasing the gravitas of our reputation here on earth, and especially in the UK, as an industry leader in the maintenance, repair, upgrade and cleaning of solar and photovoltaic panels. And, with large stretches of the UK now covered, we are gradually positioning ourselves as a nationwide example of model expansion within the whole renewable sector.

So whilst our company has not yet blasted into the stratosphere, you can be sure that our ideas are nonetheless looking up, and we continue to innovate and explore new ways of helping our growing customer base achieve the most return at the least possible expense from their UK solar panel installations.
